If your iPhone stuck on the Apple logo, here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
1. Force Restart #
- For older models: Press and hold the Home and Power buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds, then release.
- For newer models: Press and hold the Side button and one of the volume buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds, then release.
2. Restore in Recovery Mode #
- Connect your iPhone to your computer using a USB cable.
- Open iTunes (or Finder on macOS Catalina or later).
- Put your iPhone into recovery mode (follow the instructions on your computer screen).
- iTunes (or Finder) will prompt you to restore your iPhone.
3. Restore in DFU Mode #
- If recovery mode doesn’t work, try DFU mode. This is a deeper level of recovery. Follow the specific instructions for your iPhone model.
4. Contact Apple Support #
- If none of the above solutions work, contact Apple Support for further assistance or potential hardware repairs.
Note: Restoring your iPhone will erase all of your data, so make sure to have a backup before proceeding.
